Hi, I am Adam Hungle, a top-performing realtor for Sutton Group Results Realty for over 15 years, specializing in Farm
and Residential Real Estate.
Born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, I have a genuine love and natural familiarity with the area, and this is why I take every opportunity to give back whatever to my community through
the help of various charity organizations such as the Humane Society of Regina.
But real estate was not my first career of choice. I had been a fairly successful insurance agent
making my mark in the industry. When life made an unexpected turn. Little did I know at the time but it was actually that turning point that would be the start of my exciting and fulfilling
foray into the world of real estate.
You see, it was my dad, Ken Hungle, who was a top producing real estate agent and was in 2006 diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and he immediately knew that he had to take things slow. He
asked for my help with the real estate business, which I agreed to do, although I had very little experience or knowledge in selling property. There were a lot of difficulties in the first couple of
years as I tried to learn the ropes as quickly as I could.
Long story short, all the efforts did finally pay off and I have had a lot of success stories between then and now.
To date, I have served more than 400 very satisfied clients and sold more than
$100 million worth of properties. I am still quite amazed that I have made it into the top 10% of
realtors in all of Saskatchewan and that I am the #2 realtor at Sutton Realty for volume! I am very much humbled with all the recognition and deeply thankful for all my successful
transactions but none of these would have been possible if not for my dad, who has firmly instilled in me the value of hard work, integrity and fair treatment for everyone.
My dad has been retired from the business for a few years and I now work with my wife Kristy
Hungle, who is also a licensed real estate agent and a wonderful mother to our beautiful
3-year-old son. Together, Kristy and I have more than 20 years of combined real estate
experience.
