I am Kristy Hungle and I have been a real estate agent for more than 10 years now, specializing in
residential real estate. I am also currently the office manager for the Hungle Realty Team.
I was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. As a child, I clearly remember a lot of fun summers spent
with family at our cabin in Sandy Beach and Katepwa Lake. Even then, my family was very involved in
the community, giving back whenever we could through the help of community and charity organizations
like the Regina Humane Society. This kind of community involvement is something that has been
instilled in me to this day.
I am very passionate about the real estate industry today, and have built quite a successful career with my
Husband over the last 10 years. Prior to my career in real estate I was employed in an administrative roll
at Dusyk and Barlow Insurance, where I had learned an incredible amount of information and earned a
high respect for the insurance industry.
At this time, my then fiancé Adam Hungle was already an established realtor. In 2010, I decided to follow
in his footsteps and become a real estate agent myself, which turned out to be really great as we could
work alongside each other. The following year, we flew to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico to get married, and the
rest is history!
Since then, I have worked hard to learn as much as I can about real estate. I must say I was very lucky that
my husband was a few years ahead of me in the business so I had the benefit of learning from his
experiences. I did learn a few things on my own, like the importance of putting my clients first at all
times, and prioritizing relationships over transactions. These are principles that I hold fast to this day.
In 2018, I gave birth to our beautiful boy, Luke, and took some time off from real estate to be a full-time
mom, which was definitely precious time well-spent. But now that our son is older, I am completely back
in the business and ready to serve you once again for all your real estate needs.

If I could give 10 stars I would ... We originally tried selling our house ourselves then we listed with
another company .. It was listed with them for almost 2 years and never had one offer till we took it
off the market and the deadline was up then they had an offer which fell through ... I then decided to
contact Adam and Kristy to see if they would list it and they came out and took awesome pictures
and got it up on the market immediately .. They not only had our place SOLD in just over 2 months
but also got us way more money than we were asking before! I highly recommend Adam and Kristy
